At ArtRag, every piece is created just for you through our print-on-demand production process. Because of this, please allow a little extra time while your order is crafted and prepared for shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–15 business days
• Europe & United Kingdom: 5–15 business days
• International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey through the cosmos.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or additional delivery charges depending on their country’s regulations.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. ArtRag is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
